PETS WELCOME
We welcome you and your pets to Country Club Villas and Terrace with the following provisions:
- No monthly pet rent.
- Indoor pets only.
- Maximum two pets per apartment. No aggressive breeds allowed (call for specific breed restrictions).
- There is a $500 deposit per pet.
- No weight limit for pets.
- One-time, per dog (pet, service, and/ or emotional support) non-refundable $75.00 fee to swab for DNA. Dogs are required to be registered with our “PooPrints” DNA identifying program.

Resident utilities come in 2 forms: (1) residents pay directly to and contract directly with the utility companies supplying electric power, gas,
phone and internet service to the apartment and (2) water, trash and sewer service provided to the apartment by the City of Upland is contracted by Country Club Villas & Terrace Apartments and residents will be billed monthly by a third -party company acting on behalf of Country Club Villas & Terrace Apartments for the cost of those utilities which is allocated to the apartment.
