We welcome you and your pets to Country Club Villas and Terrace with the following provisions:

• No monthly pet rent.
• Indoor pets only.
• Maximum two pets per apartment (maximum one dog per apartment). No aggressive breeds allowed (call for specific breed restrictions).
• There is a $350 pet deposit for one pet and a $500 pet deposit for two pets.
• No weight limit for pets.
